Our Mama's and Baba's group is a free parent led support and play group based at Castlefield Community Centre, every other Thursday between 10am and 11:30am.

As well as a play group, we often hold special workshops and events at the group, including an Eid Lunch and most recently a series of workshops about mental health by professionals from the maternity services, community mental health services and Talking Therapies.

Our sessions are free to drop in to, and you don't need to register in advance.
